摘要
“十五”期间我国将推行股票期权制 ,以建立更完善的激励约束机制。本文分析了股票期权制的特点 ,提出了股票期权制的几种模式 。
Stock right limit system according to deadline is going to be carried out during the 15th National People's Congress, and a even more perfect control system of encouragement is going to be set up .This article analyse the new system ,and gives some modles of this new system. At the same time,it also analyses some problems which may occur.
