摘要
本文主要阐述了教育技术的概念和它与传统教育的区别，简要分析了我国农村的经济形势和人口素质，并从几个不同的侧面论述了教育技术对农村经济发展的促进作用．
This paper expounds a concept of Educational Technique and distinguish it from traditional Education, analvzes economic situations of agricultural and population quality in china, and discusses promote effect of Ed ucational Techniques in agricultural economic development from a new perspective.
