摘要
本文首先分析了一、二、三级亲属间的亲缘系数，然后从亲缘系数的角度，用数学分析的方法，说明了近亲结婚会导致后代先天性遗传病患病率的可能性大大提高，从而提高人们对近亲结婚危害性的认识．
This paper analysises the relative coefficient among r elatives of 1、2 and 3 levels.From this coefficient,using mathematical analysis, the writer explains that the possibility of getting diseased in later generation s is greatly raised in marriages between close relatives,thereby he hopes to make people have a better understand of the harmfulness of marriages between close relatives.
