摘要
用固相反应法制备了La2 / 3Ca1/ 3-xBaxMnO3系列样品 ,利用Rietveld方法精修晶体结构 ,结果表明 ,当x≥ 0 2 0时 ,样品由正交结构 (Pnma)转变为六方结构 (R -3c)。本文详细介绍了Rietveld精修过程并分析了Sr2 +、Ba2 +对材料结构的影响。
Bulk samples of La2/3C1/3-xBaxMnO3 were prepared with the solid reaction method and their structure was analyzed with the Rietveld Method. The result reveals that when x≥0.20 their structure changes from orthorhombic (pnma) to rhombohedral (R=3c) structure. This paper introduces the structure analysis with the Rietveld Method and analyzes the effect of Ca2+ and Ba2+.
