摘要
OCR技术是解决计算机输入瓶颈的关键之一.目前印刷体识别技术已经比较成熟,研究的重点是手写体识别技术.本文首先介绍了OCR的基本概念和方法,然后讨论了用RBF进行手写体数字识别的有关问题.
Optical character recognition (OCR) is one of the most important techinques of acomputer in solving input problem. At present techniques of recognizing printed text is mature;and most researches are focus on handwriting recognition.In this paper, We introduce the basic conception and method of an OCR, and then We aiscusssome quesrions encountered when we recognize handwritten numbers with RBF.
