摘要
以中国沙棘Hippophae rhamnoides Linn的根尖为材料，利用Feulgen染色法，卡宝复染的常规压片法，对中国沙棘根尖生长点细胞的染色体进行了观察和显微摄影，同时对中国沙棘进行了核型分析，为其树种资源的开发，良种的选育和分类提供了细胞学方面的依据。
Chromosomes of H.rhamnoides L.were surveyed and photomicrographied by means of Feulgen staining and regular press section of KS staining with its growing point cells. And its karyotypes were studied, which provided cytology knowledge for resource exploiting, seed breeding and category about H.rhamnoides L.
