摘要
目的 观察中西医结合治疗病毒性肝炎高胆红素血症。方法 治疗组中除基础治疗外加用生大黄粉、熊去氧胆酸片、复方丹参注射液及前列腺素E1。结果 治疗组6周内有效率97.8%，对照组6周内有效率79.5%。结论 采用中西医结合治疗病毒性肝炎伴高胆红素血症疗效优于常规西药组。
Objective To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine treatment on viral hepatitis hyperbillirubinemia. Methods To treat the patients with anthroquinones, ursodeoxycholic acid, salvia miltionhiza injection and prostagland InumE 1 proinjection. Results The effective in treatment group within 6 weeks was 97.8%, the control group was 79.5%. Conclusion The combination treatment on viral hepatitis hyperbillirubinemia with traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine.
