摘要
早期诊断、及时手术是提高十二指肠损伤疗效的关键。重视术前辅助检查；掌握术中探查十二指肠的指征；合理选择手术方式；注重术后营养支持；以提高对十二指肠损伤的诊治水平。
Early diagnosis and instant operation on duodenum injury are crucial for better outcome. The authors stressed that attaching importance to preoperative examination, exploring the duodenum according to appropriate indications during the operation, selection of proper operative procedures, and intensified post operative nutritional support are beneficial for improving management competence of duodenal injury.
