摘要
为提高电站直流锅炉蒸发区域动态响应的精度 ,建立了多环节集总参数移动边界数学模型。模型中不同区域(指过冷段、蒸发段和过热段 )分别采用不同的环节划分方法 ,单相区根据段长、两相区根据干度进行划分。而后引入特征参数之间的热力学关系式 ,在此基础上直接推导出适于仿真求解的二次模型。最后 ,文章给出仿真实例 ,并对计算结果进行了理论分析。分析结果表明 。
This paper presents a new lumpedparameter, movingboundary mathematical model for the evaporating surface of a oncethrough boiler, which provides higher accuracy by increasing the number of subsections. Various criteria were used to divide the whole pipe into subsections for the different evaporating zones. In the singlephase region, each node was onefourth of the length of this region. In the twophase region, each node was onefourth of the steam quality of the region outlet. The simulation results show that the model can correctly describe the dynamics of the various parameters.
