摘要
在介绍了MRPⅡ驱动下的生产管理系统 (PMS)和车间的基本结构、特点和不足的基础上 ,提出了一种适合国情的“集成制造车间”的小型DNC系统的生产控制和通讯的实现 ,并且在江铃齿轮有限公司的DNC中得到应用。
In this paper,the basic architecture,characteristics and problems on the shops and the production management system driven by MRP Ⅱ software are described.An integrated manufacturing shop minitype DNC system for production control and communication are put forward based on the situation of manufacturing shop in China.It has been applied in the DNC system of the JiangLing Gear Limited Company.
