摘要
针对精馏塔塔底温度具有大纯滞后、大惯性时间常数且难以控制的特点 ,提出了一种以塔底温度—入料温度构成的串级加Smith预估补偿控制方案。该方案在 μXLDCS上仿真效果良好 ,且具有较强的实用性。
This paper presents a cascade control & Smith predictive compensation control scheme in accordance with the characteristic of long lag and inertia time constant which the rectifier possesses. The cascade control system consists of the rectifier-bottom temperature and in-material temperature. The simulation result is ideal using μXL DCS. The scheme has good practice value.
