摘要
介绍了已应用在纺织系统的智能计长仪中的一种新颖的计长方式———整数逼近循环计长法 ,它是通过在单片机系统中使用查表的方法来实现转数与所计长度的数据转换 ,使用这种方法计长 ,计算简单、速度快、精度高 ,为智能计长仪提供了精度的保证。
This paper introduces a novel measure length technique-integer approximation cyclic method ,which has been applied in a new type of intelligent measure length instrument. It achieves data transition from revolution to length by look up table in single chip micro-computer system, which make it possesses simple algorithm, high accuracy, fast velocity and gives guarantee for accuracy of intelligent measure length instrument.
