摘要
利用金属橡胶的弹性性能 ,设计了一种以金属橡胶作为阻尼元件的隔振器 ,对其进行了理论分析和静态实验研究。通过实验获得了金属橡胶隔振器刚度、密度及振幅之间的相互关系 ,并利用 Masing理论 ,建立了金属橡胶隔振器数学模型 ,利用数学模型对实验结果进行了验证。
Metal rubber is a kind of material with good performance in the fields of vibration protection, heat transmission, sealing and so on. It can keep good performance under serious conditions such as high temperature, vacuum. In this paper, a kind of Metal Rubber isolator is designed and experimental research on characteristics of this isolator is exploited. According to the static experimental results, relations between the stiffness vs. amplitude,density vs. amplitude are obtained respectively. A mathematical model of metal rubber isolator is applied to analyze the experimental results. It can be as theoretical basis of the application of metal rubber isolator.
