摘要
在研究混合型流程行业生产特点的基础上 ,提出混合型流程企业实施 CIPS工程的网络体系应由企业信息管理主干网和生产实时测控局域网组成 ;相应地 ,适应其生产过程特点的数据库系统应该由关系型数据库和实时数据库组成 ,给出了这 2类数据库的互操作集成方案。
The characteristics of the batch-process plants are different from those of the continuous process plants and the discrete manufacturing. Network/Database system is the supporter of the Computer Integrated Process System(CIPS) carried by the batch-process enterprises which decides the success and the efficiency of the project. This paper discussed the characteristics of batch-process plants and puts forward a network architecture of CIPS consisted of enterprise' managing network and process condition monitoring network. Finally, the integration way of the Real-time Database and the Relation Database concerted with above networks is given and several pieces of advice are summarized.
