摘要
叙述与分析了微弧氧化陶瓷膜的生长规律、电流变化规律。根据建立的膜层结构与对应电压的关系模型 。
The growing law of ceramic film and change law of electric current were summarized and analyzed. Based on the relationship between ceramic coating structure and voltage, the growing mechanism of microarc oxidatin film was researched.
