机械合金化法制备Fe-Ni系列非晶合金 被引量:4

Preparation of Fe-Ni Amorphous Alloy by Mechanical Alloying

摘要 用机械合金化法制备了Fe Ni系列非晶合金 ,用X射线衍射仪对不同机械合金化处理的Fe Ni系列混合粉末进行了分析。结果表明 :在Fe Ni合金中加入P、B可促进其产生非晶 ;原子分数分别为Fe4 0 Ni4 0 P2 0 、Fe4 0 Ni4 0 P14 The Fe Ni amorphous alloy has been prepared by mechanical alloying. The Fe Ni mixed powders of mechnaical alloying have been studied by X ray diffraction. It is found that the addition of P and B into Fe Ni accelerated the transformation of Fe Ni crystal alloy to amorphism. Fe 40 Ni 40 P 20 and Fe 40 Ni 40 P 14 B 6 amorphous alloys were prepared by mechanical alloying.
