摘要
用扫描电子显微镜观察了SiCp/Al复合材料的拉伸断口形貌 ,其断口以韧窝为主 ,有少量沿晶断特征。对该复合材料的断裂机理进行了分析讨论 ,SiCp颗粒断裂和SiCp颗粒与基体界面脱粘是微裂纹萌生的主要原因。提出了控制微裂纹 ,提高复合材料断裂性能的途径。
The tensile fractography of SiCp/Al composite materials was observed by means of SEM. Its fracture was mainly dimple, accompanied by a few intergranular rupture. The failure mechanism is also analyzed and discussed. The results indicate that the cracking of SiCp and debonding of particulate matrix interface are probably responsible for the initiating of microcracks in the composits materials. The methods for controlling microcrack initiation an improving fracture properties of the composite materials have been suggested.
