摘要
介绍了多种工艺在较短工期施工过程中 ,如何能较好的在把握施工进度 ,严保工期的条件下 ,既保证工程质量又不影响多工艺交叉施工。通过具体工程实例 ,表述了多工艺交叉施工的质量综合管理模式 ,取得了良好的效果 ,只有确定质量综合管理目标 ,严抓质量综合管理的过程 ,才能使得工程质量、工期、成本按目标顺利实现。
In the course of multi-technology construction in s horter time limit f or a project, it is introduced how to control the construction progress better, and assure both the engineering quality and the multi-technology intercross con struction under the condition of strictly assuring time limit for a project. Thr ough concrete engineering examples, comprehensive management pattern of construc tion quality for multi-technology intercross is stated, good result has been ac h ieved. Only through defining the objective of comprehensive management of qualit y and strictly restricting its process, could engineering quality, time limit fo r a project and cost put into effect according to initial object.
