摘要
房地大厦为市房地局综合办公楼 ,在± 0 .0 0以下土建施工中采用了一些新材料和新作法 ,如采用高压喷射注浆法用做基坑支护封水桩 ,经济合理 ,缩短工期 ;在地下室外墙施工中 ,铺设BW温水膨胀橡胶止水条 ,取代了水平接缝处留阶梯缝或凸凹缝的作法 ;以及在防水混凝土的施工中 ,采用预拌混凝土多掺泵送 ,保证了混凝土达到设计要求。
Fangdi large building is a general office building of Taiyuan Real Est ate Bureau, which has an occupation area of 1400m2. In the course of its civil c onstruction under +0.00 meter, some new materials and new methods are adopted, e .g. high pressure jet grouting is used as foundation pit supporting waterproof p ile, which is economic and shortening the time limit for a project. BW rubber expander glue bond substitutes for stepped joint or tongued and grooved joint in the horizontal joint site on the outside wall of basement. And in the construct ion of waterproof concrete, ready-mixed concrete is pumped with several material s, ensuring concrete meeting the demands of design.
