摘要
传统污泥厌氧消化技术复杂、费用较高 ,而延时曝气的低负荷工艺投资高、能耗高。介绍了多级污泥厌氧消化工艺的开发过程 ,该工艺由水解酸化、固液分离及UASB三段构成 ,经过试验研究和工程验证 ,表明该工艺可使污泥在较短的总停留时间 (t=7d)达到稳定。
The traditional sludge anaerobic digestion is complicated and expensive. Also the extended aeration is low loading and highly energy consumptive with high investment. Multi stage anaerobic sludge digestion (MASD), which is composed of hydrolytic acidification, solid liquid separation and UASB process,has been developed and affirmed by experimental research and engineering validation. This process is feasible as the sludge is stabilized within 7 days overall retention time.
