摘要
设计阶段是工程造价控制的关键环节 ,应采用一定的方法和措施把工程造价的发生控制在合理的范围和核定的造价限额以内。
Design stage is an important step to control project cost.This paper aims to control the project cost within the reaconable range,not exceeding the approved cost quota,by some effective measures.
