摘要
本文基于作者在监理行业的多年实践工作经验，对我国建设监理行业的发展现状及存在的主要问题进行了深入分析研究，对监理行业进行了宏观的，综述性的评价。根据上述对监理行业的分析、评价，展望了中国加入WTO后监理行业的发展趋势。
Based on the authors' practicing experience in construction supervision sector for many years, the present developing situation of the Chinese construction supervision sector was deeply studied in this article. The macroscopic and summary appraisal about Chinese construction supervision sector was given. On which, expected developing tendency of Chinese construction supervision sector was pointed out after China's entry into WTO.
