摘要
FIDIC合同条件是世界银行贷款项目指定、国际通用的项目管理模式，我国土木工程许多项目采用这一模式，促进了工程管理水平的科学化与现代化。本文结合FIDIC合同条件在北京四环路建设中的实际运用，就北京城市道路建设运用FIDIC的有关问题作一探讨。
FIDIC contract condition is an administrative model appointed by world band loan project. There are many projects using the model in civil engineering of our country. Associated with the factual applications of FIDIC contract condition in the building of Beijing Fourth Circle Road some problems about how to use FIDIC are studied in the paper.
