摘要
以聚醚多元醇为原料 ,通过聚氨酯预聚体的方法制得了可湿气固化的硅烷化聚醚 ,研究了温度和时间对反应的影响以及不同NCO/OH比值和聚醚分子量对弹性体力学性能的影响 ,并和市场上几种不同的密封剂的力学性能做了对比 。
Moisture curable silylated polyether was synthesized through corresponding urethane prepolymer.Influence of temperature and time on reaction and influence of various NCO/OH ratios and molecular weights of polyether on mechanical property of elastomer were studied.Comparison with mechanical properties of several kinds of sealants available on the market showed that the silylated polyether had good properties.
