摘要
载重斜交轮胎肩空故障的解剖分析表明 ,肩空主要发生在轮胎使用的中期 ,大部分是由于生热引起的热肩空 ,主要集中在胎面和缓冲层之间、缓冲层端点附近 ,而且肩空轮胎胎肩基部胶一般较厚。肩空的改进措施主要是合理设定断面水平轴高度 ,改进胎肩花纹设计 ,减小胎肩基部胶厚度 ,调整缓冲层及优化轮胎胎面胶料、缓冲层胶料的配方设计等。
It was found from the analysis of the seperation at the shoulder of bias truck tire that the most seperations at the shoulder occured in the middle of its service life,resulted from the heat build up,and were concentrated between the tread and breaker and near the ends of breaker;and in gereral,the base tread at the shoulder of the seperated tire was thicker.The major countermeasures were as follows:reasonably set up the horizontal axle height of tire profile;modify the tread patterns design at the shoulder;reduce the thickness of the base tread at the shoulder;adjust the width and structure of the breaker;and optimize the formulas of the tread and breaker compounds.
