摘要
对黄毛鼠部分内脏器官的重量、相对重量 (脏器指数 )及含水量进行了测定。结果表明 ,心、肝、肺、肾脏的重量与体重存在正相关关系 ,相对重量与体重存在负相关关系 ;心、肺、肾脏相对重量存在年龄和性别差异。
This paper reported weight, relative weight ( organic index ) and water content of viscera for Rattus losea. The relative weight of heart, liver, lung, and kidney negatively correlated with body weight, but absolute weight of those organs positively correlated with body weight. Relative weight of heart, lung and kidney is different with age and sex. Water content of spleen in adults is higher than that in immatures.
