低温环境下施氏鲟的人工繁殖研究 被引量:10

摘要 施氏鲟天然繁殖水温为 1 6~ 1 9℃ ,在 8~ 1 4℃水温中进行人工繁殖 ,获得成功 ,催产率 85 %。在低温环境 (8~ 1 4℃ )中催产 ,效应时间内水温基本稳定或升高是催产成功的关键 ,而温度高低与催产成功率没有明显关系。在低温环境中 ,催产的效应时间大幅度延长 ;卵母细胞游离速度十分缓慢 ,应多次少量注射激素 ,催产才能完全成功 ;催产激素剂量以怀卵量计算效果较佳 ;孵化积温非常数。神经胚期胚胎在水温低于 1 1℃时畸形死亡 ,孵出期胚胎在水温达 1 3℃才能正常破膜 ,其它时期胚胎在 8.5℃水温中能正常发育。 The natural reproduction water temperature of Acipenser schrencki is1 6~ 1 9℃ .We have success- fully in the sturgeons made artificial reproduction of Acipenser schrencki in water temperature of 8~ 1 4℃ with induced ovulation rate of85 % .Under environment of lower temperature(8~ 1 4℃ ) ,the key factors for successfully induced ovulation were either to keep constant water temperature to increase water tem- perature during the effect time of induced ovulation.The success of induced ovulation had no evident rela- tion ship with value of lower water temperature.Meanwhile,the effect time of induced ovulation was ex- tended greatly and the hormone should be injected to the sturgeons a numberof times,because oocyte ovu- lation was very slow in lower temperature.The dosage of hormone could be determined by the amount of fish eggs.The accumulated hatching temperature was notconstantand the relation of embryo growth time and water temperature was notlinear.The neural plate embryo could become malformation or death if wa- ter temperature was below1 1℃ .The water temperature of embryo breaking shell should be above1 3℃ . In other develop stages,the embryo can grow normally in water temperature of 8.5℃ .
