摘要
网络技术发展之快 ,使社会和经济产生根本性的变革。网络时代背景下 ,多媒体技术、现代远程教育技术在教学中的应用 ,使教师角色发生转变 ,教学模式从以教学为中心向以学生为中心转移 ,因而高校教师面临着巨大的挑战。该文就网络时代对高校教师培训的必要性和重要性进行了论述 。
The informational tide is changing greatly. In the network society, with the development and use of multimedia technologies in teaching, the roles of teacher are changing from disseminator to conductor; students become the center of the teaching. The university instructors are facing great challenges.In this paper, the author first analyzes the urgency and necessity of teachers' training in network times, and then discusses the training model of university teachers base on network times and network economy:
