摘要
在MPX-2000摩擦磨损试验机上,评价了EMP复合村料对钢的磨损特性,利用扫描电镜和铁谱分析技术分别分析了它们的磨损表面和磨损微粒。结果表明;EMP表层材料对钢表面的磨损以粘着-依附和金属表面微凸体拉断形式为主;在临界状态下,EMP材料对钢表面产生微切削。
The wear properties of EMP composite against steel under oil lubrication were investigated on MPX - 2000 testing rig, and their worn surfaces were examined with scanning electron microscope, and ferrography were used to analyze their wear particles. It has been found that the main wear process is adhesion and fracture of asperity on steel surface. At critical state, micro- cutting has been found on steel surface.
