本文通过调查企业管理人员对经济法知识的需求范围，提出了管理专业经济法必须讲授的内 容，应该加强的内容及删除的内容。
On the basis of the Investigation to the scope of requi rements of the enterprise mangers toward the Knowledge of Economic Law, the arti cle points forth the contents that the teachers in the field of management must teach, strengthen and delete.
