摘要
介绍了鲁宝钢管厂环形炉自动控制系统的结构和功能 ,阐述了模糊控制和常规PID控制相结合应用于加热炉过程控制的特点 ,并针对炉膛压力控制提出了一种全新的控制方法“等等看看”。实时控制结果表明 :该系统是可行的 ,取得了满意的控制效果。
To introduce the constitution and function of the automatic control system for rotary reheating furnace in LuBao Steel Tube plant,and discribe the features of the application of combination of PID control and fuzzy control,A mew method of'Wait and Look'is put forward to control the furnace pressure in this paper.The result of real-time control proved that this control system is feasible and satisfying.
