摘要
以中国甘蔗渣为原料生产活性炭的研究 ,生产出具有比表面积 1 0 96× 1 0 3m2 /kg的活性炭 .处理甘蔗渣的生产工艺是活化温度 80 0℃ ,升温速度 5℃ /min .保持时间 1 0h、水通入流量为6kg/kg甘蔗渣 .同时进行增加活性炭强度的实验 ,强度约为商品椰子壳活性炭强度的 1 / 3 .
In a series of studies on the production of activated carbon from the waste material(bagasse)which is generated when sugarcane is squeezed,we have tried the production of activated carbon from the bagasse of China.As a result,we could produce activated carbon with a specific surface area of 1 096×10\+3 m\+2/kg by treating the bagasse under the following conditions the activation temperature 800 ℃,temperature increasing rate 5 ℃/min,retention time 1.0 hour and the amount of water 6 kg/kg\-\{bagasse\}.Next,an attempt to increase the hardness of this activated carbon was experimented and it became possible to increase its hardness level to about 1/3 that of commercially arailable coconut shell activated carbon.
