摘要
简述了基于布朗运动的光子相关谱法的基本原理及用于纳米微粒测量的检测方法 ,提出了纳米微粒测量仪的结构框图 ,描述了仪器组成各部分的功能 ,实现方法及数据计算方法 。
This paper recapitulated the basic principle of the spectrum correlative to photon spectrum based on Baron Movement and the method of measuring nanoparticles size,gave the frame picture of nanoparticles size measuring apparatus,and demonstrated the function of each part of the apparatus,the realizing method and data calculating method.It lays a foundation for researching and developing nanoparticles measuring apparatus.
