摘要
利用化学气相浸渗法制备了Cf C/SiC复合材料 ,借助SEM、TEM等研究了纤维类型对Cf C/SiC复合材料力学性能的影响。实验证明T30 0碳纤维增韧补强效果优于M40碳纤维 ,利用T30 0碳纤维制备出弯曲强度为 45 9M ,断裂韧性为 2 0 .0MPa·m1/ 2 ,断裂功为 2 5 170J/m2 的Cf C/SiC复合材料。 2种碳纤维增韧效果的差异是由纤维的原始强度。
C/C/SiC composites were fabricated by means of chemical vapor infiltration.Effect of the type of carbon fibers on the mechanical properties was investigated using SEM,TEM etc.The results indicate that T300 carbon fiber as reinforcement is better than M40 carbon fiber.C/SiC composites with excellent comprenhensive mechanical properties can be manufactured using T300 carbon fiber as reinforcement.The main properties are:flexural strength of 459MPa,fracture toughness of 20.0MPa·m 1/2 ,work of fracture of 25170 J/m 2. A difference in mechanical properties between carbon fibers is due to the differences of strength,thermal expansion coefficient and elastic moduli of the carbon fibers.
