摘要
对蓄热燃烧原理、高温低氧燃烧、低NOx 排放 ,陶瓷蓄热体材质、形状、大小以及蓄热式换热器结构、换向时间和换向阀等关键技术和相关问题进行了系统研究和分析 ,同时介绍陶瓷球蓄热式换热器在工业窑炉上的应用情况 ,结果表明 ,此项技术可从根本上提高工业窑炉的热效率 ,热效率可达70 %~ 80 % ,节能可达 5 4% ,实现高效低耗 。
The principle of regenerative combustion,high temperatare combustion at low oxygen,low NO x exhaust,meterial for ceramic regencrator,shape,size of ceramic ball regenerator,as well as strucure of regenerative heat exchanger and reversing time and valve were studied and analysed in the paper.At the same time,The application of ceramic ball regenerator to the industrial furnace was introduced.The result shows that the heat efficiency of industrial furnace can be improved fundamentally by this technique,with heat efficiency 70%~80%,energy saving 54%,so that it achieved the aims of high heat efficiency,low consumption,enviromental protection.
