摘要
以石墨电极为原料用电弧法制备碳纳米管 ,考察了制备工艺条件对碳纳米管的影响。用SEM、HR TEM、FT IR和UV Raman技术研究了碳纳米管材料的形态、结构和性质 ,采用热重技术考察了碳纳米管材料在惰性气氛中的稳定性 ,讨论了碳纳米管在电弧等离子体中的形成机理。
Carbon nanotubes are prepared from graphite by arc discharge method.The effect of preparation conditions such as buffer gas pressure on the yield of carbon nanotubes is studied.The carbon nanotubes are characterized using SEM,HRTEM,FT-IR and UV-Raman techniques,and their thermal stability is evaluated by TGA technique.The growth mechanism of carbon nanotubes in arc-discharge plasma is also briefly discussed.
