摘要
在苯与乙烯烷基化制取乙苯的工艺过程中 ,根据该反应过程的特点 ,提出单台反应器运行改 2台并联运行 .利用并联后对烷基反应动力学的影响及改造前后再生费用的评估 ,表明烷基化反应器由单台运行改 2台并联运行对延长反应器的操作周期和催化剂使用寿命、提高乙烯转化率以及实现反应系统高负荷运转均有显著的作用 .通过盘锦乙烯 6万吨 /年苯乙烯装置 3年多的运行实践 。
In ethylbenzene process by using alkylation of benzen with ethylene,the configuration of two reactors operation instead of one reactor operation is proposed based on the reaction characteristics.The practical result of Panjun styrene plant with capicity 60 thousand t/a for three years showed that the change of operation configuration has a significant effect on the prolongation of catalyst life time,the increase of ethylene conversion as well as the realization of high load operation of reactors system.
