摘要
利用微波加热方法对油烟雾吸收乳浊液进行后处理 ,比较了微波加热、常规加热和自然重力沉降进行油水分离的效率 ,找出微波法处理的最佳方案 .实验结果表明 :微波法具有分离速度快、效率高的特点 ,其最佳工作条件是功率 1 50 0W ,辐射时间 8~ 1 0min.
The method of aftertreating cooking fume absorbed liquid by means of microwave is introduced. The best conditions of microwave heating is obtained by comparing the efficiency of separating oil and water by means of microwave, routine heating and natural setting. The results indicate that the proposed method is rapid and efficient. The best conditions are determined with the power 1500w and the radiating time 8~10?min.
