摘要
本文通过日本的中小企业问题和政策比较 ,分析日本与美国在中小企业政策方面的各自特征及日本在其经济发展各阶段的中小企业政策 。
Focusing on the issues concerning Japanese Small-and-Medium-Sized Enterprises and comparative studies of policies regarding SMEs in Japan and the U.S, this paper analyzes the Japanese and American distinct characteristics of policies related to their SMEs, especially the Japanese policies towards its SMEs during the different stages of economic development. Also, this paper points out the problems that lie in the Japanese SMEs policies and its direction of change as well as its implications rendered to China.
