摘要
本文介绍新研制的一种新型磨球材质—马氏体球墨铸铁。试验表明:采用不完全孕育处理并配合适当的热处理,可在不加或加入少量合金元素的条件下获得磨球所需要的组织。采用合适的淬火介质可保证Ф60～Ф100mm 磨球完全淬透并无淬火裂纹。
A kind of ball material—martensite nodular iron new developed is introduced in this pa-per.Results show that the desired microstructure of grinding ball can be obtained by non-full inocu-lation addition and proper heat treatment in the condition of free alloying element.By using properquenching media,the grinding ball with diameters of 60 mm to 100 mm can behardened throuthwithout quenching crack.
