摘要
概述了陶瓷/金属复合材料研究中有关降低两相界面热应力的研究进程与现状,并着重对用作热应力松弛的梯度功能材料的几种制备工艺作了综述.
This report reviews the current research and situation of reducing the interracial stress between the metal and ceramics in cermet. Emphasisies are put on the Functionally Gradient Materials which are used as the hot-stress-relaxation materials and the writer introduces some kinds of manufacturing process.
