从科索沃战争入手，一方面分析了在现代战争条件下高科技武器所发挥的重要作用，同时也指出了高科技武 器的局限性，说明了我们既要重视发展高科技武器，同时不能认为高科技武器决定战争的一切。 掌握高科技武器优劣的辨 证法，对于我国军事和国防建设有现实指导意义：既要重视发展高科技武器，同时不能搞武器决定论。
Taking the Kosovo War for example, this article both analyzes the Important roles the high-technology weapons have played under modern combat conditions, and also points out its limits. For our army modernizations, the command of the dialectics between the advantages and disadvantages of high-technology weapons has realistic guiding meaning: We should attach importance to thd high-Technology weapons development, meanwhile, we shouldn't think that 'weapons can Deide everything'.
