简介了核心能力的概念、特性及其对企业长期竞争优势的决定性作用，分析了在当前的微利经济形势下，我国企业构建、发展核心能力的重要性与紧迫性，并探讨了具体的对策。
The paper introduces the conception and characteristics of core competence as well as its decisive role in enterprises' long-standing competitive advantages, analyses the importance and urgency for China's enterprises to construct and develop their core competences under the condition of micro-profit economy, some concrete strategies are also given by the author.
