摘要
探讨了用乙醇纳/乙醇溶液和异丙醇/水溶液对湿态Lyocell纤维进行后处理,对纤维原纤化及其结构性能的影响。研究表明:用乙醇纳/乙醇溶液处理的样品其抗原纤化能力有不同程度的改善,力学性能没有损失,结晶度与晶区取向没有大的变化,而无定形区取向度则明显降低,截面结构比较疏松;用异丙醇/水溶液处理的样品原纤化程度及其结构性能均没有大的改变。
The wet Lyocell fibers are post-treated with sodium ethylate/ethlene solution and isoproperty/water solution respectively.The fibrillation of the fiber decreases after being treated with sodium ethylate/ethlene solution,other properties have no big difference. And the degree of crystallization and crystalline orientation of the samples have litde change, the amorphous orientation of the fiber decreases a lot. SEM-photos also show the structure of the fiber treated with sodium ethylate/ethlene solution become loose. While the properties, including fibrillation, and structure of the fiber treated with isoproperty/water solution do not obviously change.
