摘要
对德国Targor公司提供的茂金属聚丙烯(miPP)树脂的熔体流变性和可纺性进行了研究。研究结果表明,miPP与传统聚丙烯树脂(ZNiPP)相比,具有相似的切力变稀等流变行为,纺丝性能良好,所得拉伸丝单丝纤度小于1.1dtex,具有良好的物理机械性能。
This paper has studied the rheological and spinning properties of metallocene isotactic polypropylene (miPP) which was provided by Targor Company. The differences between miPP and Zieglar- Natta isotactic polypropylene (ZNiPP) on its spinning rheological properties are also discussed. The results show that miPP presents wonderful spinning properties and tensile properties that the fineness of draw fiber is less than l.ldtex.
