摘要
介绍了一种具有高密度、良好流动性和高去污力的无磷浓缩洗衣粉的生产方法,并详细讨论了表面活性剂、包覆剂对产品性能及生产工艺的影响。结果表明,当表面活性剂含量大于30%时,洗衣粉出现明显的结块现象。添加包覆剂可改善抗结块性,提高堆积密度。由此方法生产的无磷浓缩洗衣粉堆密度达0.8g/cm^3。
A process of producing phosphate - free compact detergent powder with good flowability, high density and detergency was introduced. The effects of surfactants and enwrapping agent on performances of the product and production technology were mainly discussed. It was found that the detergent powder would be caking when the con-tent of surfactants was more than 30 % . Flowability and bulk density of the detergent powder can be greatly improved by adding enwrapping agent. Bulk density of the detergent powder produced by this process was up to 0.8 g/cm3.
