摘要
采用酯交换工艺,在均相条件下,由甲基丙烯酸甲酯和正丁醇合成了甲基丙烯酸丁酯(BMA)。选择了化学稳定性好、反应活性高、后处理简单并且可较长时间回收利用的催化剂,以及阻聚效果良好的阻聚剂。该工艺明显缩短了反应时间,提高了BMA的收率,并且具有反应条件温和、操作简便、产品纯度高(≥99.5%)等优点。
Butyl methacrylate(BMA) was synthesized from n ?butanol and methyl methacrylate at homogeneous reaction by transesterification process. The catalyst with good chemical stability, high activity, easy post - treat-ment , and long - time reuse and the polymerization retarder with good effect were selected. The process can cut down reaction time obviously, increase the yield of BMA, and has advantages of mild reactive condition, easy oper-ation , and high product purity( ≥99.5 % ) .
