摘要
以2-甲基丙烯酰氨基-2-甲基丙磺酸等单体为基本原料,合成新型抗高温多元聚合物降滤失剂JHW,评价了该降滤失剂的性能并对其作用机理进行了分析。试验结果表明,JHW在 3%钠膨润土基浆中的抗温能力达210℃,可抗盐至饱和,抗 5%CaCl_2。它在淡水、盐水、饱和盐水、海水及含钙钻井液体系中的抗温降滤失性能均优于国内外同类产品,具有广泛的应用前景。
A new type of high temperature - resisting polybasic polymer JHW as filtrate loss reducer for drilling flu-id was synthesized from 2 - methyl acrylamido - 2 - methylpropanesulfonic acid etc. The performances of JHW were evaluated and its effect mechanism was analyzed. The experimental result showed that heat resistance of JHW in base mud of 3 % sodium bentonite was up to 210 ℃, JHW resisted salt to saturation and 5 % calcium chloride. The heat resistance and filtrate loss reduction of JHW were superior to similar products at home and abroad in fresh wa-ter, salt liquor, saturated salt liquor, sea water, and calcium- containg type drilling fluid systems. JHW has ex-tensive application prospect.
