摘要
以制造企业中信息集成为目标 ,研究支持设计信息与管理信息及生产信息集成的一般方法与技术。论文首先从企业信息集成的需求出发 ,分析并建立了制造型企业中产品信息模型 ;随后在 CIMS应用集成平台体系结构的基础上 ,设计了一个面向制造业的 PDM通用信息集成系统 ,阐述了系统的设计原则 ;建立了该系统的功能结构并阐述了其功能 ;最后探讨了系统实现的关键技术 。
Aiming at information integration in manufactu ring enterprises, a kind of general method and technology which implements infor mation integration among design, management and production is researched. From r equirements of information integration in enterprises, we analysed and built the product shared information model of manufacturing enterprises. Then, the archit ecture of CIMS application integration platform is presented, which is composed of global information system(GIS), PDM system(integrated CAx systems), managemen t information system(MIS) and workshop controller. We also designed a PDM global information integration system(PDM-GIIS),which includes PDM software(IMAN), de veloped PDM customization automatism program(PDM-CAP), developed PDM-GIS globa l integration interface(PDM-GIS-GII) and developed engineering information map ping & management tool(EIMMT). The design principles of GIS database, PDM-CAP, PDM-GIS-GII and EIMMT were expounded. And then, the architecture of PDM -GIIS was built and the functions of each part were shown. Finally, the key technolog ies for developing the system such as information integration technology based O DBC on different operator system and different database, the mapping technology between GIS model and PDM model were discussed.In the end the system implementat ion environment was provided.
