摘要
目的 评价葛根素注射液对急性心肌梗死患者梗死面积及心功能的影响。方法 6 8例急性前壁心肌梗死患者随机分为葛根素治疗组 (n =37)和对照组 (n =31)。记录每例患者入院即刻和第 3、7、14、2 1d 12导联心电图 ,用Wagner的QRS记分法进行QRS记分 ,预测梗死面积。于治疗2 1d后行核素心血池心室造影 ,判断左室收缩与舒张功能。并测定全部患者治疗前后的血浆脂质过氧化物 (LPO)、红细胞膜超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)及血管内皮细胞数 (CEC)水平。结果 葛根素治疗后14d和 2 1d ,QRS记分较对照组显著降低 ,梗死面积缩小。左室射血分数 (LVEF)和左室峰充盈率(PFR)明显增高。而且 ,治疗组的LPO及CEC显著降低 ,SOD显著升高。结论 葛根素注射液对防止急性心肌梗死的梗死延展 。
Objective To investigate the protective effects of puerarin injection on infarction size and cardiac function in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI). Methods Sixty eight patients with acute anterior myocardial infarction were randomly divided into puerarin injection treatment group and control group .The conventional 12 leads electrocardiogram (ECG) were recorded on admission, and 3,7,14, 21 days after the infarction. The infarction size was scored by the QRS scoring system proposed by Wagner. The cardiac systolic and diastolic functions were assessed by nuclide gating cardiac blood pool imaging on 21 days after the treatment. The plasmic levels of lipid peroxide (LPO), Superoxide dismutase (SOD) and count of endothelial cell (CEC) were determined before and after treatment in all patients. Results Compared with control group,the QRS scores were lower on 14 and 21 days after the treatment,the infarction sizes were smaller, the left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and the left ventricular peak filling rate (PFR) were higher in the treatmeat group. Besides, the plasmic level of LPO was lower, SOD and CEC were higher in the treatment group. Conclusion Puerarin injection is effective on preventing infarction extension , protecting ischemic myocardial injury and promoting recovery of cardiac function in patients with AMI.
